Mouthful Moments provides halal catering, plate-by-plate service, buffet-style catering, meal prep, and related food services. All services are customized based on the details provided by the client.

• A deposit is required to secure your event date.
• Dates are not guaranteed until a deposit is received and confirmed.
• Final payment details will be provided with your quote.

• All pricing is based on guest count, menu selections, service style, and event details.
• Quotes are valid for a limited time and may change if event details change.
• Any additional requests made after a quote is finalized may result in additional charges.

• Final guest count must be confirmed by the agreed-upon deadline.
• Increases in guest count may be accommodated based on availability and may affect pricing.

• Delivery is currently complimentary within 30 miles of our service area.
• Delivery policies are subject to change as our operations expand.
• Delivery details will be confirmed during the booking process.

• Setup, cleanup, and serving staff are available upon request.
• Pricing for these services varies based on event size, location, and service style and will be outlined in your quote.

• Cancellations must be submitted in writing.
• Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in your agreement.
• Menu or service changes are subject to availability and may affect pricing.

• Mouthful Moments prepares food following standard food safety practices.
• Once food has been delivered or service has concluded, Mouthful Moments is not responsible for food stored or handled improperly by clients or guests.

• Clients are responsible for notifying Mouthful Moments of any allergies or dietary restrictions prior to the event.
• While we take care in preparation, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.

Mouthful Moments is not liable for events beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances that may impact service.
